Family Care Council (FCC) Suncoast South & Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) presents: What’s Next? Planning your Future!

Join ROOF at this disability resource fair for the opportunity to meet providers and agencies that serve Charlotte, Collier, Lee and Hendry/Glades counties. This event will have a particular focus on students who are transitioning out of high school & their families. Families with children in elementary and middle school are also welcome to attend, along with adults who are seeking information about local community resources. 

ROOF will be on site to answer questions about the various residential options for adults with developmental disabilities, as well as provide guidance on finding and funding rental housing and home ownership opportunities.
