Introducing… ROOF’s New Homes!

It’s official! Residential Options of Florida (ROOF) just closed on its three newest supportive living homes. Two of the new homes are located in Cape Coral and the third will be located in Naples. With the opening of three new homes, ROOF now has a total of six homes as it continues to work toward its mission to have an abundance of housing choices that meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in every community in Florida.
ROOF is extremely grateful to every supporter that has allowed us to achieve our vision that eventually every community in Florida will have an abundance of housing choices that meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The ROOF homes were purchased with the assistance of the Florida Community Loan Fund and a Community Development Block Grant.

Since ROOF’s inception in 2014, we have been gaining traction quickly. Just this year, we have already closed on two new homes! We will keep our ROOF family up to date with the months to come with prevailing news of new homes as it comes to us. The closing of the ROOF homes would not be possible if it were not for the assistance of every supporter. Every person assisting with the organization has played a vital role in this expansion, and we are looking forward to seeing even greater growth and even more support with the months to come.
