With a grant from J.P. Morgan Chase, the Florida Housing Coalition is helping Florida’s mission-driven nonprofits explore a new or expanded line of business—rental development.

Day One: How to Succeed as an Affordable Rental Developer in Florida

  • Understanding the business and the potential for your organization 
  • How to evaluate whether rental housing is right for you
  • Funding opportunities
  • Partnerships for finance, development, and management

Day Two: A Practicum- Putting What We’ve Learned on Day One into Practice

This convening is limited to 30 people and is intended for those who are ready to enter the field of nonprofit rental development.
